Bravo. We sat outside on the narrow walk, enjoying the night air, however, the restaurant inside was very nice. Service was prompt. Language no problem. Our hosts offered several suggestions, including the wine, which were magnificent.. Food was perfectly prepared. We will definitely return.

La Lanterna

This is a wonderful rustic restaurant hidden off an alley in central Sorrento. There are a few 2 person tables outside but the main restaurant is indoors. With many restaurants, they look spectacular but the food and service can disappoint. Not here. The food and service is EXCELLENT! We had mussells and steak. Both were the best we have had so far. We went at 7pm when it was quiet but noticed they were sold out after 8pm so you are advised to book. A wonderful restaurant.

Sometimes you just feel like a really good cheeseburger and fries. Star pub does not disappoint. The Clayton burger was delicious. Order  Stix on the side. Excellent choice!

Food was okay. It was a little expensive and touristy though.  We went here since it was close to our apartment after touring the coast all day. The service was impeccable and the view and restaurant were lovely though so that made up for it.

Good food, good environment, good fun, four friends, a total of 88 Euro lobster pizza, lobster meat is fresh, you can eat rabbit meat, the first time you eat such delicious rabbit meat, the beans below the soft seafood noodles, a bit hard cheese salad, delicious cheese, and finally sent the meal to save and small Cookies can come over to eat and pass the time. Unfortunately, the only regret is that there is no glass of wine.

Great meal, if expensive, staff were excellent, coping well with moving everyone under cover when the heavens opened.Only negative point was loud Americans at the next table telling everyone on facetime how awesome it was and check out their Instagram.Facetime should be banned from restaurants.

This restaurant was our favorite restaurant from the week we spent in Sorrento. The service was excellent and our dinner and desserts were outstanding! I highly recommend eating here while in Sorrento!

Beautiful restaurant and lovely tableware. Very professional and friendly service.  The food not only looked fantastic but tasted fantastic as well!  We will definitely go back!

Food was amazing and service outstanding. We ended up going to La Lanterna twice during our stay. Would recommend to anyone going to Sorrento.

I tried the mixed seafood plate. Honestly, it was the best seafood experience ever! Highly recommended. This place is popular and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

We booked this restaurant for Christmas lunch from Australia a few months prior and had no idea how it would turn out. The food and service was extra special and we opted for the 4 course Christmas Day menu which was exceptional value.
